I'm not bitter (okay, maybe I am) but that ridiculous call in the Pittsburgh/San Diego game cost me an ATS win last week which would have put me at 9-7 for the week. It's not great, but it's better than 8-8 and it's a lot better than losing. Well, at least I was able to keep the winning streak alive with my SU selections (11-4-1 last week . . . thanks Philly) and plan to continue that roll this week. Overall, I've still been hitting a very good percentage of my selections and, as you know, there are going to be bad weeks from time to time. Not this week. This card is ripe for the pickins' and I plan to dominate. Let's roll! My overall records on the season stand at:

SU: 102-57-1
ATS: 88-69-2

BYE WEEKS: None.

Now, it's time for my top selections for Suicide Pools. If you're looking for one sure-fire winner each week, look no further than this column every Saturday. I'll give you my top three, just in case you've already chosen my top selection. Had the Eagles decided to show up on Sunday, I would have made it four weeks in a row hitting all three of these games correctly. As it stands, I was able to go 2-0-1 and I guess I'll take it. Let's keep this "run" going with three more sure-fire winners for Week 12.

1. Dallas vs. San Francisco -- Don't be fooled by what you saw from the Niners on Sunday afternoon. Remember, they were playing the Rams at home. Welcome back to reality San Fran.

2. Pittsburgh vs. Cincinnati -- The Steelers have owned the Bengals recently and should have no problem beating a team without one of its best receivers.

3. Denver vs. Oakland -- This last game was a little more difficult to decide upon, but in the end the Raiders just aren't that good.

Cincinnati Bengals (1-8-1) at Pittsburgh Steelers (7-3) ----> (Steelers -11)
Quick question... is anyone excited about this game? Without Chad Johnson, does this Cincy offense really have a chance to move the ball? I'm not saying Johnson has been a stud receiver this year, but without him in the receiving corps, Pittsburgh can key on TJ Houshmandzadeh (at least six catches in each of his last eight games) and will likely double him much of the game. The Bengals obviously are playing only for pride and would love nothing more than to play the role of spoiler the rest of the season. It could start tonight in Pittsburgh. The Steelers currently lead the Ravens by one game in the AFC North and also hold the #2 playoff spot in the AFC behind only Tennessee. The Steelers possess the league's top-rated defense, allowing just 237 yards page game of total offense. Cincy, conversely, is next-to-last in the league in total offense, gaining just 273 total yards per contest. The Steelers have posted four straight wins over the Bengals and look to make it five tonight.... and I see no reason why they won't get it done at home. Steelers win, 20-10.
Prediction: SU Steelers/ATS Bengals
